Immoveo's Certified Professionals are technicians, outside Immoveo's organization, who are qualified according to a rigid qualification system. Do you think you have the right requirements to become an Immoveo's Certified Professional?
HOW THE IMMOVEO CERTIFICATION PROCESS WORKS
We have split the skills of the Professionals into two areas, Technical and Project-Oriented, it is possible to qualify for just one single area or a single category within the area.
Below are the two Areas and their categories:
TECHNICAL AREA
- Preparation of technical appraisals for the property evaluation (constraints analysis, inspection: units, legitimacy, land registry, condominium limitations, other)
- Completion of authorization procedures in public offices
- Completion of security practices
- Completion of energy-saving practices
- Final technical report of the transformation interventions
- Final business performance report
PROJECT-ORIENTED AREA
- Elaboration of the executive project
- Project development for marketing (high-quality rendering and photo insertion)
- Elaboration of detailed specifications of the interventions
- Final qualitative report of the transformation interventions
- Final report of interventions compliance with project specifications
